If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of merchandise, within 30 days from the purchase date you may either return your purchased product to us for a full refund or exchange it for another product of equal value. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Return shipping charges are your responsibility.
Memberships and subscriptions to Heartwood Soundstage may be canceled at any time, but fees are not refundable. In addition, memberships or subscriptions canceled within an already paid for time period cannot be refunded.
The refund policies for tickets to events purchased on the Heartwood Soundstage website are indicated on each event ticket purchase page for each respective show. When no specific policy is mentioned, tickets are refundable up to 24 hours before the published start of an event. For refunds, please contact info@heartwoodsoundstage.com.
