Parking

  • Heartwood Soundstage is located at 619 S Main St in South Main Station. Parking is available in the South Main Station Lot off Depot Ave & S Main St.
  • Carpooling and Uber/Lyft is highly encouraged! 
  • For larger shows and festivals, additional nearby parking can be found at the GRU Lot off SE 4th Ave x 3rd St, Downtown Parking Garage off SE 2nd Ave, Depot Park Overflow Lot, and many neighboring streets. Municipal Parking Lots are free on weekends, and most metered parking spaces are free after 6pm.

Arrival and Check-In

  • Please plan on having your ID and ticket ready upon arrival. If you are unable to locate your ticket, please email info@heartwoodsoundstage.com
  • There are two entrances to South Main Station. A pedestrian entrance can be found across from Luke’s Bagels on S Main St. A second entrance is available off SE 6th Ave across from the fire station. Additionally, there is a pedestrian path from the South Main Station Parking Lot to Heartwood Soundstage (the entrance to this paved path is on the NE corner of the parking lot).

Bag Policy

  • Small bags (i.e. purses, totes, fanny packs, or drawstring bags) are allowed.
  • Backpacks or bags with multiple pockets are prohibited.  
  • All bags are subject to search at entry, and at any point during the festival.

Re-entry

  • Re-entry is typically allowed with a wristband. 
  • Once you enter the festival, please keep your wristband on as we will not be able to replace lost wristbands.  
  • Any attempts to pass wristbands to non-ticket holders will result in removal from the festival.

Cameras

  • Cameras are allowed at the festival, with the following restrictions: 
  • No flash photography
  • No large detachable zoom lenses, stands, monopods, tripods, attachable sticks, or other professional equipment.

Prohibited Items

  • Outside drinks
  • Weapons
  • Illegal substances
  • Coolers
  • Pets (except service animals)
  • Glass
  • Drones
  • Totems
  • Fireworks
  • Backpacks or bags with multiple pockets
  • Tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind
  • Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, carts, or motorized vehicles inside the festival grounds
  • Any item that can be used as a means to disturb the peace and/or endanger the safety of the crowd

Allowed Items 

  • Hand warmers 
  • Blankets and towels
  • EMPTY reusable water bottles and hydration packs, and SEALED plastic or aluminum water bottles
  • Umbrellas / ponchos

Vendors / Merch

  • Unauthorized vendors are not permitted.  No unauthorized solicitation or distribution of materials including but not limited to handbills, flyers, stickers, etc.
