Townes Van Zandt is considered one of the greatest songwriters to ever pick up a guitar. His songs have endured the test of time and continue to touch people’s hearts across the world. His life was marked by great personal tragedy; these difficulties were indirectly reflected in his deeply poetic lyrics.
The 2023 Townes Fest at Heartwood Soundstage honors the musical legacy of Townes Van Zandt. Join us for an afternoon benefit show on the outdoor Heartwood stage from 12-7 pm on Sunday, March 5th, 2023. The lineup includes 5 amazing bands and 9 fantastic songwriters.
This is a free show with a sliding scale donation ($10 suggested). Donations will be accepted in person on-site or in advance on the Heartwood webpage. Donations can be made online by “purchasing” tickets. Each ticket is a donation.
