Heartwood Presents: The Hails

The band’s proximity to and inclusion in the nearby college scene has helped spur a movement of electric and vibrant live music near the outskirts of the University of Florida. Comprised of lead vocalist Robbie Kingsley, guitarists Dylan McCue and Franco Solari, bassist Andre Escobar, and drummer Zach Levy, The Hails offer a new brand of modern alternative rock that harkens back to the spontaneity of Jim Morrison and adds the smooth undertones of Frank Ocean into a mix of fresh sounds.
